The location was excellent. A short walk to the metro made it very convenient. easy access to line 7 meant the louvre and other attractions were easily reached. the hotel's proximity to gare du nord was very helpful too.

The staff was helpful with directions. a water machine dispensed still and sparkling water, i found this convenient. the hotel stored my suitcase before check-in. This was also quite handy.
The gym was farther away than i expected. It was not on the premises. the room i booked faced an inner courtyard, so street views were not available. the elevator was small. It only fit four people with luggage.

the staff had a nice welcome prepared, i appreciated the recommendations for the quartier. the apartment included a good space and provided the equipment i need. cooled water was available in the hall, both still and sparkling.
the room wasnt ready upon arrival, and i arrived during the correct check in time.

the staff welcomed us and explained everything upon arrival. they offered transport tips and restaurant bookings. the metro station was close, also bakeries were within walking distance. a grocery store was nearby.
the room was not ready when we arrived at the specified check-in time. the receptionist asked us to leave luggage in the lobby. this situation was difficult as the kids needed to rest.
